General dress code The hotel's management team requires all guests of the resort to dress properly for each occasion. Therefore, as a general rule, to access all à la carte restaurants for dinner, gentlemen are to wear long pants, shirt, polo shirt and shoes. Also, wet clothes are strictly prohibited in air conditioned restaurants.

Supreme
The air conditioned main buffet restaurant offers fine Italian and international food and has show cooking areas, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dress code
The hotel management requests clients wear casually elegant attire, short trousers are acceptable, however we do not allow wet clothing.
Le Gourmet
This gourmet restaurant located in the lower lobby opens for dinner only and offers hâute cuisine with deliciously creative meat and fish dishes for you to enjoy the taste of seasonal and fresh products. Ma+suri
Exceptional oriental restaurant offering two unique options for dinner: The Teppan-yaki (reservations required) is an authentic Japanese cooking presentation, available for up to three sittings per night and a maximum of 10 people per table. The Matsuri a la carte restaurant offers a well appointed sushi bar, as well as a complete menu of Oriental food and desserts.

Taino
This Caribbean restaurant, that doesn't require a previous reservation, gives our guests a sample taste of the islands and Central America untill midnight, offering a delightful salad bar, Dominican cuisine and an à la carte menu with your favorite Mexican dishes.

La Hispaniola
This multi-open-air-beach-front-restaurant offers spectacular views to the ocean. During the day this space offers international specialties, a show cooking and a variety of fresh pizzas and pastas.

During night time, La Hispaniola transforms into two different restaurants offering our guests the choice of either Steak or Fish.

Rodeo Grill
Specialized in grilled meats, sauces, garnishes and salads for starters, this open air restaurant at the beach is a temple for grilled food lovers. Main dishes are served à la carte. No reservations needed.

Tres Carabelas

This fast food snack bar is located on the Caribbean Street "Majestic Fun set" across from the children's Castle. It serves a selection of late night delight's including hamburger's, buffalo wings, soft drinks and beer.
